Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, complete and in original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Payment method and bank processing times may affect when the funds appear.

Exceptions

Personal-use consumables, opened hygiene items and damaged goods caused by misuse may be excluded.
